What is the ideal work day?

Verify event details: Confirm event time, location, and requirements.
Prepare booth: Set up the booth in the office, configure settings, and conduct testing.
Travel to the venue: Head to the event location, typically resorts and venues across Goa.
Coordinate setup: Collaborate with the planner to determine the booth location, set up with the team, and test operations.
Manage the event: Assist the team during the event with crowd control, photo prints, and video sharing using our apps/tools.
Collect payments: If necessary, handle payment collection from clients during the event.
Save event content: Store event content on our drive and share links with clients the next day.
Post-event checklist: Complete the checklist, including invoice closure, and ensure all tasks are finalized.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the events vertical and manage the photobooth segment for various events.
Plan, prepare, test, and execute photobooth events at client sites.
Advise on requirements for photobooth items to ensure an optimal setup and experience.
Coordinate with the team to prepare quotes, invoices, and collect payments at the site.
Lead the execution of VR360 Mapping at client sites for immersive experiences.
Manage the Digital Experience vertical for technical operations.
Provide support for office product maintenance and upgrades.
Act as a technical representative for newer verticals, providing expertise and support.
Conduct research and innovate on new technologies to improve offerings and stay competitive.

Requirements:

Individuals with a degree or some experience in the Events, tech field.
Based in South Goa.
Enthusiastic about events and technology, regardless of educational background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Willing to travel and attend events post-sunset.
Willing to independently lead events and grow within the organization.
