Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and acceptable payment methods, will be explicitly detailed in the service agreement. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services. Acceptance of our quotation and payment of a deposit indicate your agreement to these terms. Additional charges may apply if project requirements significantly deviate from the initial quote.

Creative or development work will commence upon receipt of written approval of the quotation and a minimum deposit of 50% of the agreed costs, unless otherwise specified. For projects with multiple stages, a deposit will be required before proceeding to each new stage.

The balance of payment is typically due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Delays in final payment may result in project delays.

Both parties mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during our engagement.

Clients are responsible for furnishing accurate and timely information crucial for the successful execution of digital campaigns. Neglecting to do so may adversely impact the effectiveness of the services provided.

Intellectual property generated throughout service provision, including content, graphics, and strategies, will remain the sole property of WHN NEXT unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients agree to attribute credit to the agency for work produced unless otherwise arranged.

Either party reserves the right to terminate services with written notice. The client remains accountable for any outstanding payments accrued for services rendered up to the termination date.

Projects approached in stages require full payment upon completion of each stage. For projects with two halves, the balance may be charged upon completion or through staged payments as determined by the agency.

Projects exceeding the agreed timeline may incur additional charges. The agency reserves the right to invoice for outstanding balances if the project extends beyond twelve weeks from the approval of the quotation.

Work typically commences within ten working days of deposit receipt, with timelines contingent upon client cooperation and approval.

Client approval is required at each stage of the process before further development can proceed. Any amendments after approval may result in additional charges.

For any services from outside providers, we’ll need 75% payment upfront. Clients agree to cover any claims or losses, and WHN NEXT isn’t responsible for issues caused by third parties.

Clients must report any defects or problems within 30 days of the final invoice date.

While the agency offers web hosting services, it does not guarantee 100% uptime. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from hosting.

WHN Next bears no liability for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government actions.

If there’s a disagreement, we’ll try to resolve it through open discussions. If we can’t find a solution, we’ll use mediation or arbitration, following the laws in your area.
